Become a Friend of Venoge and help support the organization by making a cash donation or give your time and talents at the site itself.
Venoge is an all volunteer organization, and as such, good volunteers are essential to the operation of the site and events. Prior experience or knowledge is not required, but an enthusiasm for early 1800's history is welcomed. You can learn on the job; develop new skills relevant to the time period, make new friends, experience a unique look at history and become part of the Friends of Venoge. It is through the efforts of a dedicated volunteer group that Venoge is able to thrive.
If gardening is your interest, there are opportunities to contribute time to the heirloom garden. Volunteers work with a local Friend of Venoge in weeding, planting and maintaining the kitchen garden. Volunteers must initially meet with the local volunteer but can arrange to work at their convenience.
Friends of Venoge are invited once a year to a dinner cooked on the hearth in the cottage as a thank you and appreciation, choice of two dates.
Those interested in volunteering time and talents should contact Venoge at email@example.com for information or just fill out and mail in this form.
